Purpose: To provide companies and individuals with the marketing, networking, and advertising opportunities to promote its business, while allowing our volunteers to focus most of their efforts on organizing better events, enhancing participation, and increasing membership in the Texas Exes.
Opportunities: There are two underwriter levels available: Platinum ($10,000) and Gold ($5,000). Payment options are quarterly, semi-annually and annually. The Texas Exes Houston Chapter is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
Benefits to the Texas Exes: The money raised by the Texas Exes Houston Chapter goes towards funding scholarships for Houston-Area high school students. Currently, there are over one hundred Houston-Area UT students on scholarships from the Texas Exes Houston Chapter.
Benefits to Companies: The following is just an overview of the tangible and intangible benefits you will receive as an Underwriter:
- Prime Underwriter table for ten at the Celebration of Texas EXcellence Party (our Spring Event) – a $5,000 value for Platinum Underwriters and a $2,500 value for Gold Underwriters.
- Prime Underwriter table for ten at the Annual Fall Party (our Fall Event) – a $2,500 value.
- Two tickets to our Past Presidents’ Distinguished Speaker Luncheon – a $70 value.
- Two, one-year memberships to the Texas Exes Business Network (“TEBN”) events (ten events) – a $400 value.
- Two, one-year memberships to the Houston Longhorn Club breakfasts/events – a $390 value.
- One foursome in the TEBN Golf Tournament – a $600 value.
