As a condition of acceptance of this entry, I waive and release any and all claims for myself, my agents, my heirs, my executors and my administrators against the City of Houston, The University of Texas, Houston Texas Exes, Inc., University Cooperative Society, Uptown Park Shopping Center, and all other officials and sponsors of The Lone Star Stampede 10K, 5K and children’s run for any injuries or illness which may directly or indirectly result from my participation in this race. I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in this race. This entry is invalid unless signed by entrant. If entrant is under eighteen (18) years of age, parent or guardian must sign entry and accompany entrant. Additionally I understand that if I am a student athlete I agree to decline receipt of any award to avoid violation of any UIL or NCAA regulations.
